  No, Tucows has never declared a cash dividend and presently intends to continue this policy.

- **Where is the certificate number and what does CUSIP # mean?**  
  
  The certificate number is located in the upper left-hand corner of your certificate. It is a unique number identifying your certificate. The CUSIP # is located in upper right-hand corner of your certificate and is used by the securities industry to uniquely identify each company’s stock.

- **What is Tucows CUSIP number?**  
  
  Tucows’ CUSIP# is 898697206.

- **How can I redeem, liquidate or trade my shares for cash?**  
  
  You may sell your shares through any stock broker you choose.

- **What is a medallion signature guarantee?**  
  
  Medallion signature guarantees can be obtained at most financial institutions and brokerages. The application of a medallion signature guarantee provides the authentication of the guarantor that the endorser of a certificate is the registered owner and has the legal authority to sign the certificate.

- **How can I change or correct the name on my certificate?**  
  
  If your name is misspelled, a simple email or phone call to Odyssey Trust Company, with instructions will suffice. If your name has legally changed; you must fill out the [Irrevocable Stock Power Form](https://odysseytrust.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/10/Securities-Transfer-Form.pdf) and have your endorsement medallion signature guarantee done by an attorney. The form should be endorsed with the name as it appears on the certificate. Send the certificate and the completed Request to Transfer Form back to the address below. When sending in any certificates through the mail, we recommend purchasing insurance valued at 1.5% of the certificates current market value. - **How can I change or correct my address?**  
  
  If you are a registered securityholder, the easiest way to change your address is by registering for Odyssey’s online tools. Register for online access through the [Login link](https://odysseytrust.com/login/) and selecting the Securityholders login option.
  
  Alternatively, you can complete an Account Update Form (linked below) and submit the form by visiting [www.odysseycontact.com](http://www.odysseycontact.com/) and selecting “I am a shareholder or the holder of other Securities (ex: warrantholder)”, then selecting “Update my mailing or email address or other account information”.

- **How do I transfer my shares to another person?**  
  
  [Complete the Securities Transfer Form](https://odysseytrust.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/11/OdysseyTrust-Securities-Transfer-Form.pdf) in full following the instructions noted thereon regarding a Signature Guarantee from a recognized Medallion program or acceptable Canadian Schedule I bank (BNS, TD or RBC only), and provide supporting documents. Note: Odyssey can assist you with obtaining a medallion guarantee. Simply [click here](https://odysseycontact.com/) and select the option to “Request a Medallion Guarantee Appointment” Next, submit all required documents to us with the relevant DRS statement or original securities certificate. Please be aware, regular signature guarantee stamps are not accepted from the brokerage divisions of the banks noted above (e.g Scotia Capital Inc, TD Securities or RBC Dominion). These firms must provide a medallion guarantee.

- **Where do I send certificates for transfer?**

- **My shares are in DRS. What is DRS?**  
  
  DRS is a service that allows registered securities to be held and transferred electronically without having a physical security certificate issued. This form of ownership permits securityholders to transfer and deposit securities more easily.
